After graduating with a Batchelors degree in Business Administration from Kent University in 2003, Andy made the decision to rename his company and incorporate it as Insanity Artists Agency Ltd, focusing on the role of live touring agent to a growing roster of DJ’s and recording artists.

In 2007, the Insanity Artists Agency management roster was streamlined as Insanity Talent Management Ltd.  Over the coming years, Insanity Talent Management grew into a multi-million-pound turnover company representing clients across the areas of music, entertainment, content creators, podcast and partnerships.

In 2015, Andy inked a JV with Sony Music UK CEO Jason Iley. Since its inception, the label has achieved 3 UK Official Chart No1 albums plus 3 further top ten albums, 4 top ten singles, together with 3.5 billion streams globally to date.

 Andy was honoured with the prestigious ‘Entrepreneur of the Year Award’ at the 2019 Artist & Manager Awards in London.

Now in its 25th year of trading, Insanity Group employs a team of 80 across its offices in Kings Cross, London, and Los Angeles, California.
